NICOLAS MAUBERT

Nicolas Maubert practices mainly in corporate law, contract law, intellectual property and new technologies and frequently assists foreign investors in the conduct of their projects in France. Nicolas previously practiced in the Paris and Beijing offices of Gide. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Law and a Diploma in Applied Legal Studies in English and American Law from the University of Paris X Nanterre. He is also an LLM alumnus of the University of Texas School of Law. His working languages are French and English.

GUILLAUME KRAFFT

Guillaume Krafft works mainly in business litigation and criminal litigation. On the basis of his experiences abroad, Guillaume has developed expertise in complex litigation with international issues. Guillaume previously practiced in the Hanoi, Paris and Algiers offices of Gide. He holds a Master’s Degree in Private Property Law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles and an LLM in International Criminal Law from the University of Sussex. His working languages are French and English.

SIMON IZARET

Simon Izaret is qualified as a lawyer in both Paris and New York. He acts mainly in real estate law where he both advises and litigates. Simon assists its clients, whether French or foreign, in the conduct of their real estate transactions in France and abroad and this at each stage of the development of their projects (financing, acquisition, construction, property management, etc.). Before joining Rivedroit, Simon worked in the banking and financial law department of Allen & Overy, in Paris. He then continued his career with the Parisian law firm Martin & Associés, where he had been a partner since 2012. Simon Izaret is a graduate of Sciences-Po Paris, holds a Master’s Degree in Business and Tax Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon- Assas and an LL.M. from Cornell Law School.

MATTHIEU BRINGER

Matthieu Bringer’s legal expertise focuses on corporate law and M&A transactions.  His clients are family-owned companies, entrepreneurs as well as high net worth families.  A significant part of such clients is foreign based.  He assists his clients in the legal follow-up of their French subsidiaries and in their external growth transactions.  He also advises his clients when the need arises to finance assets or acquisitions.  Matthieu mostly works in French and in English, but occasionally also in German. He earned a postgraduate degree in international private law and international trade law from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University, as well as an LLM in Corporation Law from New York University Law.  He is a member of the New York Bar.  His career started at the Paris office of magic circle law firms and goes on at French business law firms aiming for excellence.

LAURENT FÉBRER

Laurent Fébrer has developed recognized experience in Labor Law for companies and their managers. He practices both advice and litigation (collective and individual), as well as alternative dispute resolution. He works on behalf of large groups, SMEs, family groups and their managers. Laurent has also developed recognized know-how in labor law for airlines. He works very regularly overseas. A graduate of the Business Law Institute from Aix-en-Provence and holding a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Business Law, Laurent previously practiced at Andersen Legal and Gide. He is a member of Avosial, the union of corporate lawyers in Labor Law.
